Pack the item securely — ideally in the original packaging — and drop it at any courier location using the label provided.

Once received and inspected, your full refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Items returned with all original accessories, cables, remote, and packaging
Products that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
Bundles returned as a complete set
Items purchased during promotional sales — full refund of amount paid

Products showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery
Items with missing components, accessories, or original packaging
Products that have been tampered with or modified
Individual items from a bundle returned without the full set

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear depending on your bank. PayPal refunds typically appear faster. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.
We strongly recommend using the original packaging to protect the item during transit. If you no longer have it, please pack the product securely in a similarly sized box with adequate cushioning. Items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may affect return eligibility — we want to make sure your refund goes through without any complications.
Yes. If you'd like a different model or an exchange for a like-for-like replacement, simply mention this when you contact us at the start of your return. We'll arrange the exchange alongside the return. If the replacement item costs more, we'll send a secure payment link for the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
If your product arrived damaged in transit or with a defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost. This falls under our commitment to product quality and is handled with the highest priority.
Yes. Sale and promotional purchases are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid within the 30-day window. The refund will reflect the price you paid at checkout — not the original retail price.
Bundles must be returned as a complete set to receive a full bundle refund. If you wish to keep one item, contact our team — we can discuss partial returns on a case-by-case basis. In most cases we're happy to find a solution, and any refund would reflect the value of the returned item(s) at their individual price.
Returns outside the 30-day window are not automatically accepted, but we encourage you to reach out regardless. If a product develops a fault after the return window, this is likely covered under the 1-Year Warranty — which provides repair or replacement at no cost.
