These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and Vintaya ("Company," "we," "us"). They govern your use of our website located at vintaya.com and any purchase of products through it.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears above.

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and imagery on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

• Pricing — all prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Availability — product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or equivalent alternative.
• Promotional Pricing — sale prices and discount codes are valid for the stated period only and cannot be applied retrospectively to prior orders.
• Bundles — bundle pricing applies only when all included items are purchased together as a set. Individual item pricing may differ.

When you place an order with Vintaya, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

• Payment Methods — we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.
• Fraud Prevention — we reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, or to request additional verification before processing.
• Order Amendments — orders may be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before fulfilment begins. Contact us immediately at support@vintaya.online.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Vintaya is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days internationally.
• Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon dispatch from our fulfilment centre.
• Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer a 30-day return window on all Vintaya products, from the date of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is covered by Vintaya for all qualifying returns within the 30-day window.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or after the 30-day window may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

All Vintaya products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the original date of purchase.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and faults present from new under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
• Valid warranty claims result in a free replacement or repair at our discretion.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All content on vintaya.com — including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, product designs, and the Vintaya brand identity — is the exclusive property of Vintaya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

The Vintaya name, logo, and product names are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use vintaya.com for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Using automated tools to scrape, index, or harvest content or data from our site.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or communications.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of our website.

Violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of your account and orders, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vintaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct contact with our team.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or, as a last resort, to the courts of competent jurisdiction. We are committed to resolving every customer concern fairly and promptly.
